Returns Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the suitability of any item purchased from Machine-Solution.com for the project or business purpose or personal use intended, thus "All Sales Are Considered Final." If a product is returned by a customer alleging a factory defect, then it will be shipped at the customer’s expense for inspection by the manufacturer or it’s agents for said factory defect. The customer has 30 days to initiate a return

If approved for repair under warranty, then the product will be repaired and returned to the customer with cost of freight borne by the customer. Labor charges for all repairs including items covered by parts warranty will be at the expense of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the correct electrical current and correct electrical fixture for each product.

We do not accept used goods for return.

All spare parts orders, replacement parts orders, and consumable parts orders are considered final. No returns accepted on spare parts, replacement parts, or consumable parts. Spare parts include (but are not limited to) rollers, cutting blades, cutting sticks, belts, light bulbs, handles, wheels, gears, cutting cylinders, timing belts, pulleys, buttons, knobs, gauges, logic boards, switches, spacers, springs, perf wheels, feed wheels, motors, shredder oil, shredder bags, etc.

It is incumbent on the customer to provide fixtures installed by a licensed electrician. Voltage and amperage provided by utilities varies and the customer is advised to seek the advice of a licensed electrician when connecting all electrical equipment. Furthermore, all warranties are voided if the customer uses the product for applications other than that application intended by the manufacturer for its designed use. All warranties are voided if the customer uses the incorrect voltage or amperage. The customer is encouraged to use extra care when wiring for three phase electrical service as motors may run backward if wired incorrectly.

No item may be returned to Machine-Solution.com without the express written authorization of Machine-Solution.com. If such written authorization is provided by Machine-Solution.com, it will include a Return Goods Authorization number. Such RGA number must appear on the bill of lading when the product is returned. All returns must be in the original packing container and must include all accessories and operating manuals included in the original shipment. If a product is returned to Machine-Solution.com due to an error by the customer; then the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Special order products and custom made products are not returnable. A restocking fee of 20% will apply on all returned items.

Before attempting to return any merchandise, the customer must contact Machine-Solution.com. If an item is returned by the customer and is not suitable for return to inventory as in new condition, then the product will be returned to the customer and freight charges will apply. Please insure as necessary.

Management of Machine-Solution.com may provide for exchange of returned merchandise with a like item if the returned merchandise is received in new condition and if all original packaging material is returned. The restocking fee of 20% will be charged and the customer will be invoiced for the replacement product.

Return Policy for Credit Card Purchases
For credit card purchases, management reserves the right, at its discretion, to choose to refund a cancelled order with a company check and to charge a 6% cancellation fee of the value of the goods that were purchased. Once a return has been approved and if the item has been returned in like new condition to the manufacturer, a credit for the full amount less the restocking fee will be issued back to the customer within 24-48 hours via the original payment method. (For example, if you paid with a credit card then the credit will be issued back to your credit card). Please allow 3-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your credit card statement.

Damaged Merchandise
If the customer receives damaged merchandise they are requested to notify Machine-Solution.com immediately. ALWAYS INSPECT MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY. IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGE TO THE BOX OR PRODUCT, NOTE THAT WHEN SIGNING. If there is noticeable damage and it is not noted it will be hard to put in a claim with the carrier. Machine-solution.com cannot be held responsible for damage to merchandise while in transit on a common carrier. Any remedy for damage goods will be solely at the discretion of the common carrier or the manufacturer.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted only upon approval of Machine-Solution.com. If a customer chooses to set up an account then a list of credit references (1 bank, 4 corporate) is required. If you need a blank credit application faxed or emailed to you please contact us. It typically takes 1-3 days to set up a new account.

Credit Cards
Machine-solution.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please provide us with card number, expiration date and name on card.

Quantity Discount
Many items can be offered with a quantity discount, please contact your Customer Service team at machine-solution.com for custom discount quotes.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders where required by law of the State of Texas. If you are tax exempt please provide a copy of the sales tax exemption certificate.

Error and Omissions
Machine-Solution.com is not responsible for errors in typography contained in any documents generated by ProSource Packaging, Inc. Machine-Solution.com is not responsible for errors in photography or artistic use of images on the website or within documents generated by ProSource Packaging, Inc.
