Excel Packaging 620 Drop Sealer 20'' Wide

The Excel Packaging PP-615 and PP-620 drop sealers use a Wicketed poly bag that is attached to the PP-402 bag opener. The sequence of events is as follows:

• The bag opener blows open the wicketed bag for the operator to load the product into the bag
• As the operator is loading the product they simply push forward with the product and the bag will tear off the wicket
• The bag slides into the drop sealer
• A photo eye sees the product then activates the seal bar to lower and seal the bag
• An air blow off will blow the scrap away
• After the bag is sealed the fingers holding the bag in place will retract and the bag will slide away
