LIGHT DUTY APPLICATIONS: ROLLING PAPER TRIMMERS AND GUILLOTINE STYLE CUTTERS

View our free online video demonstration on the Dahle 12E Vantage Paper Trimmer. We offer a great brand selection on cutters: Dahle, Vantage, Triumph, and Martin Yale!

  • 12" Paper Trimmers
  • Safe 15" Paper Trimmers
  • 17" Guillotine Style Cutters

For small applications like home or office projects, a rolling paper trimmer or guillotine style cutter is recommended. If you are going to use a cutter around the home be sure to choose a rolling paper trimmer. With a rolling trimmer, the blades are encased in a plastic housing and provide the ultimate in personal protection and safety. This virtually eliminates the possibility of an accident. But as always adult supervision is required to minimize the chance of a home accident.

Rolling trimmers are great for cutting:

  • aluminum foil
  • fabric
  • vellum
  • fabric
  • construction paper
  • thin cardboard
  • photographic film
  • paper
  • laminating film
  • label stock
  • specialty papers
  • plastic films

MEDIUM DUTY APPLICATIONS: PREMIUM GUILLOTINES AND STACK CUTTERS

Guillotines use a lever style blade and are typically able to trim larger amounts of material. We offer cutters with a rotary shield or stationary metal safety guard. Specialty cutters are made for cutting large amounts of material and are perfect for copy centers and print shops. Built-in safety features reduce the chance of accidental injury.

PAPER CUTTING ACCESSORIES: SELF-HEALING CUTTING MATS, BLADE LUBRICANTS, KNIFE KITS, PAPER CUTTING STICKS, AND PAPER CUTTER STANDS

Cutters require periodic maintenance in order to help extend the lifetime of the machine. Stack cutters, for instance, use paper cutting sticks which make contact with the cutting blade. Over long periods of time, the cutting stick will need to be rotated for maximum performance and quality cuts.

Another commonly used accessory for cutters is blade lubricant which helps to lubricate the cutting blade for a nice, smooth and clean cut.

If your office is short on desktop space, a cutter stand is a great solution. These solid steel stands provide support for heavy cutters and allow the operator to use a cutter while standing. A cutter stand offers extra convenience since it includes a storage shelf for your paper, cutting supplies, and more.
