I recently ordered a Dahle stack cutter from your company, which I found on the Internet after doing a google search. The prices seemed right so I ordered the cutter. When I called about setting up shipping, I was quite unprepared for the efficiency and overall niceness of the person I talked with, Gil. Then I had another opportunity to call back and talked with Paul. Each time I called, I was treated respectfully , patiently, and nicely. The cutter came and we had an issue with a particular part on the cutter, which disturbed me because I was going out of town for five days. Gil promised that he would call the manufacturer for replacement parts and get back with me. Imagine my surprise when I called from the conference and was told that the part had already shipped and was sitting in my studio. Thank you so much for good customer service with pleasantly. Nice company, nice family. By the way, I like the cutter, too!
