The GSA Garner HD-3WXL is the newest and most innovative product in Garner’s line of hard drive and tape degaussers. The user friendly input system provides effortless loading of various sized hard drives and tape media without the need for adapters. Once degaussed, the media is automatically released down the exit chute. The HD-3WXL erases all hard drive and tape formats that fit into the 6.75 x 4.5 x 1.8 inch degaussing chamber including large network sized hard drives. Media formats include hard drives, LTO, SuperDLT, DLT, 9940, 3592, AIT and more.

The GSA Garner HD-2 is the newest and most innovative product in the Garner line of degaussers. The HD-2 erases hard drives
(laptop, desktop and network up to 1" high) and high coercivity tape media, including all formats of LTO (1,2,3,4), SuperDLT I & II, DLT, 9940, 3590, AIT, 8mm and more, all without any adapters. With a continuous duty rating (no cooling necessary) quiet operation and a 60 second cycle time, the HD-2 can fit right on a desktop.
The GSA Garner CDS-2500A Degausser is designed to erase all formats of tapes that are less than 6 inches in width. The degaussing
field strength switch provides the option to change between high and low field strengths. It is like having two degaussers in one. On low, the CDS-2500A is a continuous duty degausser capable of degaussing over 90 3480/3490 tapes per minute without overheating. On high, the CDS-2500A
is a high energy degausser capable of erasing the newest metal tape formats of up to 2400 oersteds including DVCPRO, DVCam and DLT IV.

The GSA Garner CDS-2700 now available! As high coercivity magnetic media becomes the industry standard, the lower energy degaussers currently in use are now insufficient for high coercivity media. Garner, the leader in degaussing equipment for over 20 years, answers with its NSA type 1 approved CDS-2700.
The CDS-2700 is designed to be used either as part of a production line, or as a stand alone unit to erase high volumes of video cassettes, diskettes, data storage cartridges and other magnetic material.

The GSA Garner CDS-4400ED Eliminator
Continuous Duty Degausser is designed for erasing DLT, Hard Drives and other metal particle tape formats. The continuous running High-Energy deguasser that erases hard drives, SDLT, LTO and more.
Today's magnetic recording formats allow for more data storage, better video resolution, less video noise and higher frequency recording. The problem is these super-high coercivity media formats - 2400 oersteds for tape and 3000 oersteds for hard drives - are increasing and are very difficult to erase. Conventional tape erasers just can't do it. The solution is the CDS-4400ED Eliminator!

The Garner Model CF-750 II-A drawer style degausser meets the National Security Agency/Central Security Service Specifications L14-4-A and Department of Defense Manual 5200.28M for erasure of Type II-A Magnetic Media.
Meets NSA/CSS/DoD Type II-A erasure requirements Drawer Type Degaussers: These are electromagnetic degaussers that provide
automatic one pass operation for tape storage device erasure. Models certified for disk
storage device erasure can be used to erase disks 3.5” or smaller. The disk must be placed
horizontally, degaussed once, turned over and degaussed a second time. All extraneous
steel shielding materials (e.g., cabinets, casings, and mounting brackets), but not the hard
disk assembly, must be removed before degaussing. The degaussers must be operated at
their full magnetic field strength. The erasure of hard disk drives causes damage that
prohibits their continued use.

The GSA HD-1 Professional Degausser is designed specifically to erase high-coercivity media. High coercivity media includes hard drives* , DLT’s (DLT I-IV), and all metal particle tape formats such as AIT,
DLT I-IV, Beta SP, Beta SX, Digital BetaCam, D1-D5, 3590, 3490 data cartridges and more.
Please note: Degaussing of hard drives erases all data, formatting and the factory installed magnetic servo tracks located on the hard disc platters. Therefore, the hard drive will be unusable after degaussing.
* Due to shielding and proprietary advancements in coercivity levels of the data platters in hard drives, some hard drives may have to be disassembled before degaussing on the HD-1. Please see model HD-3W for a degausser that does not require hard drive disassembly before degaussing.
