HSM Nanoshred 726 high security media shredder has been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS specification 04-01-C for Punched Tape Destruction Devices. 0.7mm x 2.6mm shred size, up to 1 code tape, 1.5" throat width. The HSM NanoShred is approved by the DOD for the highest in security shredding. DOES NOT SHRED PAPER, CDS, DVDS, FLOPPY DISKS. Only shreds code tape. Due to the fine shred that our High Security models produce, any paper clips or staples should be removed before shredding to insure that no damage occurs to the cutting heads. Does NOT shred paper, CDs/DVDs.
