Foot Operated Bag Sealers – Step Into The Seal

Horizontal foot operated bag sealers are open back feed thru offset sealers. Material can be introduced from front-to-back or side-to-side. Aline's Heavy Duty Thermal Impulse Sealers are industrial quality machines constructed from welded steel. A bag sealer is pneumatically powered and calculated to provide an airtight/watertight seal. Each unit features a low pressure safety close and redundant emergency stop features. A bag sealer can also be constructed as a tabletop unit or in a seal length of up to 240 inches. Each bag sealer is ideal for sealing ranges of material including polyethylene, laminated films, nylon and even Teflon. Sealers are available in either standard thermal impulse or with repeatable and verifiable controls for medical or specialty applications.

AIE FUA

AIE Automatic Upper Jaw Impulse FUA Sealers

The AIE FUA (Foot Upper Automatic) model sealers are ideal for packaging candies, foods, stationery, drugs, tools, replacement parts and a variety of other products. This machine includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation. The FUA model sealer differs from our regular sealers by placing the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower jaw. This makes it possible to protect the element from moisture and contamination creating a clean and secure seal.

The FUA is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Available in 12'', 18'', 24'' seal lengths and 6 mil, 8 mil, 20 mil seal thicknesses.
