The AIE line of heavy duty Pneumatic Impulse Foot Sealers (FA series), are specially manufactured to increase sealing production. Equipped with foot pedal activator, the user's hands are free to feed the machine. The Impulse Type Foot Sealers come complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable worktable and adjustable foot pedal. The sealing pressure is strong, consistent, and controllable. Choose from our selection of 12'', 16', 24'', or 32'' length sealers. Pneumatically operated foot impulse sealers are helpful in scaling applications where time and presurre need to be regulated. Available models include: AIE-300FA, AIE-305FA, AIE-310FA, AIE-450FA, AIE-455FA, AIE-410FA, AIE-600FA, AIE-605FA, AIE-610FA, AIE-800FA, AIE-805FA. These unique sealers are quieter than most automatic sealers. Air usage is 7.8 CFM at 80 PSI.

Our AIE double impulse foot sealers produce a wide seal and fuses the material from both sides. Ideal for materials that require Higher Temperatures. The Seal and Cut Impulse Sealer (FDC models) is the first model made to cut and seal in one operation. With the help of both a round wire and a flat 2 mm wire, these sealers give the operator a secured seal while eliminating the excess material above the seal. This seal and cut impulse sealer can extend its abilities with an additional accessory that allows the sealing head to be adjusted in different sealing angles.
