The Cushion Pack © CP428 Series 2 cardboard shredder is a rugged machine that is larger and shreds cardboard faster than the CP422. It is very similiar to the CP430 machine with the following exceptions:
The CP428 has a smaller motor horsepower (3.0 kW vs. 4.0 kW)
The CP428 throughput rate is slightly less than the CP430 (46 feet per minute vs. 52 feet per minute).
The CP428 is lighter than the CP430 (610 pounds vs. 705 pounds)
